Privacy policy

This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Here is everything that happens when you visit it.

Who we are

terracontinua.com is operated by Velkan Studio LLC under its Terra Continua brand; its postal address is at the foot of this page. This policy covers this website only. Sargassum Check has its own privacy policy, linked from its footer.

What we collect

• Nothing you type. The site has no accounts, sign-up, forms or comments, and it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details (such as page, browser and time) to deliver pages, keep them secure and report network errors.
• No visit counts. The site runs no analytics, so we do not count or profile visits.
• The contact button. “Reach out” copies our email address to your device’s clipboard. Nothing is sent to us when you press it.
• Email. If you write to contact@terracontinua.com, we receive your message and address and use them only to reply, and for a copyright or removal request also to act on it.

Fonts and images are served from this site, so loading a page contacts no other company. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Links to other sites

Links to AlertaMap, Sargassum Check, the Google Calendar booking page and other sites leave this site, and this policy does not cover them.

Retention and your rights

We keep emails as long as needed to answer them, except copyright notices and our replies, which we keep as the record of how each was handled. Cloudflare keeps request data under its own retention limits. You may ask us to access, correct or delete anything we hold about you by writing to contact@terracontinua.com.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when what the site collects changes.
